Prtljug Resort is the third project of SHRE’s careful selection on Ugljan Island. It is the last buildable touristic and residential zone and it will allow us to remake the LIOQA project, with villas, a private beach, and a private marina. The project is set to start presale in 2023 to steer the supply of available premium properties in small, gated resorts on the most sought-after island on the central Croatian coast. Located just opposite the Lukoran resort, Prtljug Resort can enjoy potential synergies with other SHRE developments in the zone. Total project costs will reach 19 million EUR, and profit is estimated to be at 6 million EUR with an IRR of 21%.
